The 2024 Christmas celebration organized by SP brought joy and warmth to families in need across Lima Norte. This year, the festivities unfolded at the iconic Parque de las Leyendas, offering participants an exciting day filled with discovery, laughter, and holiday cheer in a vibrant and natural setting.
The day began with buses arriving early to pick up children and their families from various communities. Organized and efficient transportation ensured everyone could join in on this unforgettable journey. Upon arrival, the families were welcomed with smiles and guided into the sprawling zoo, where they explored diverse exhibits showcasing animals from Peru and around the world.
The children’s amazement at the lions, colorful birds, and playful monkeys was only matched by their delight in the interactive educational zones. As they wandered through the lush pathways, they learned about conservation and biodiversity while sharing moments of pure joy with their peers.
To keep spirits high and bellies full, snacks, drinks, and light refreshments were distributed throughout the day. These small but thoughtful touches added comfort and energy for families exploring the park.
